If you need help getting to your appointments, following are some options for help.

DART
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) offers online tools to map your trip with bus, rail, paratransit and other services.

Dallas County Health and Human Services
Offers assistance programs, including transportation, for those who are eligible.

Medicaid and CHIP Medical Transportation Program
Offers non-emergency rides for people with no way to get to their Medicaid healthcare visits.

Senior Outreach Services (SOS)
Serves seniors only in the 4 most underserved zip codes: 75215, 75216, 75217, 75241. Can be used for non-medical trips. Does not help with dialysis transports.

Requires 2 – 3 days’ advance notice for need for ride. Medical only transport. Can be used for dialysis.
