Diabetes Conference
Join us for Parkland’s Diabetes Community Conference!
Parkland’s diabetes team will share helpful information on topics about living with diabetes such as reducing risks, understanding your diabetes medication, keeping a healthy weight, meal planning and exercise and diabetes.
All information will be presented in Spanish, so bring your whole family to learn more about how to live healthy with diabetes. Light snacks will be served.
